I don't think it's her hybrid form, but rather a result of Hybrid Body Rearrangement... but it's beautiful!

I think it's safe to say this is the first time Lilith's DBT has been shown in the books. I like how it's like an actual bird, instead of appearing like a person with wings coming out of their back.
