This is a Rainmeter Skin that can be set to display any diatonic (7-note) mode scale in any key. Some Music knowledge is helpful. This version has no help with it, All the buttons work as intended, some have a right click function. Left click, and Right click the Green, Red, & Blue buttons to see what they do. This is intended to be a Guitar Practice Tool for Guitarist who are learning and trying to understand Modes.

The DeviantArt.com displayed image shows :

an E Natural Minor scale in the top position,

a G Major scale in the middle position,

and

an A Dorian scale in the bottom position.

--Take note: they are all the same scale.

There are up to 3 -3 note patterns available for each fretboard diagram. any key, any one of the 7 modes. The degree notes (root notes) are shown in different color rings and you may need to align the pattern with the grayed scale background using the Scale buttons or the Fret/Key buttons.

The menu button is just for show, in a future release it will activate some skin help, and discriptions//explanations of scales and modes.

This skin will remember its last settings and load with those settings if you refresh or unload and load it.
