Cool to see the Member 9 Widow get a older look with a "leather-y" cattysuit :3 i like both myself, as it all depends what you want out of it for real or cartoon effect. Its

Depends what you're going for. As said, 3Delight renders a more artificial, cartoony result whereas Iray is more photorealistic. There's advantages and disadvantages to both. Lots of people marvel at the realism and textures in Iray, but with so much of the artificiality removed it can wallow in the depths of the uncanny valley, where one little unrealistic detail upsets the suspension of disbelief--much like seeing the wires carrying a flying actor in a movie. If the image has a slightly unrealistic cast to begin with then we're naturally, even subconsciously more forgiving of the details that don't look quite right.
As for the time, I don't mind Iray taking longer because I just create and save images and then hit render when I'm going to bed, or work, or to the gym, or out for dinner, or what have you.

Any Iray Shader that you recommend. The End of Summer Hair prop has no native Iray shaders.

You can just reduce its glossiness and it will look fine.
But for hair shaders for Iray, I love this set and its add-on:

Looks amazing, but i guess it comes to the cost vs benefit, if it is too much time consuming rendering with iray might not worth doing it for all the images

Actually, I tried for a lighter lipstick but it still came out dark.

Comparing the two is interesting. They both have their merits - this one's face looks more 'defned' but the other one is perfectly good for a more 'cartoony' style. I think the biggest 'upgrade' in this one is the suit, the texture looks amazing.

For now, I prefer the slightly more cartoony look especially since it takes a quarter of the time to render.

The outfit looks more like leather in the Iray render, where the 3Delight version looks more like PVC, much shinier
