first suggestion was for an vampiric type heroine. This is the first concept:Not a big fan of vampires and since liked a lot of my changess, decided to make our Romanian heroine a gymnast. Romania, 70s, gymnasts - go figure

She is looking great. Using a Gymnast theme for a Romanian is sure a good choice.
That actually reminds me of an old movie named Gymkata where a Olympic champion gymnast is trained in several martial arts to enter in a deadly competition to save the world! So it can fits very well the abilities of a Super Heroine.

I really like her. Now I have to come up with a good name...preferably something NOT already taken.
I was thinking of making her powers either replication (making multiple copies of herself) or elasticity.
I'm open to suggestions on names and powers if anyone wants to chip in.

She could always have some powers from her Gypsy origins, maybe being able to foreseeing a bit of the future and that would be like a
"danger sense" that would help even more with her gymnastic and fight skills.

A fair bit of gymnastics is upper body strength, so odds are someone out there could make the argument. 
A lot like pole dancing; people think it's all about balance and flexibility and stuff, but you need to be pretty freakin' strong to make it look as effortless and graceful and elegant and junk as it's supposed to!

Here's what I know for sure. I know less about gymnastics than I do soccer. I know that the Soviet way was to cheat anyway and anytime they thought that would prove them superior to the U.S. of A.
