I agree with Scottdoom , the sign is rather distracting; but I love the greyscale Black & white. Works really well as does his attire, maybe not the gloves though.

That sign, as it is, near his left shoulder is EXTREMELY distracting.

Otherwise a great photo. Beautiful light; and I love the low contrast, neutral tones.
