Picture of the full Esmeralda Costume!!I actually finished it in time for Halloween and I made every piece of the costume- headband, skirt, blouse ( that really acts more like a dress), sash and corset.
I'm happiest that I actually managed to make a corset- it has boning & everything and is made of 40 pieces of fabric.
Over $150 and 60+ hours later, I finished my costume!

For the most part I followed a pirate pattern for the poofy sleeves and I just hemmed and put elastic through the neckline- was there any part in particluar of the blouse/dress that you were wondering about?

But no, seriously, this is awesome. I made a Lara Croft costume last Halloween and the farthest I got in complexity was sewing a few belt straps together to make gun holsters. Keep up the good work!
