The Southern Federal Collective or also called the People's Collective is a union of high-level vassal nations and governments led by a capital entity based in Brasilia under a highly centralized power, the beginnings of the Collective go back after the collapse of occult organizations led by the Golden Circle during the Red Spring of 1953. By 1964 after a conference of plenipotentiary delegations, the new government declaration was formulated on the nations kidnapped by the revolution which gave rise to the known structure of the Collective. In 1965 the Fraternalist States with the support of the Federated States of America began an international protest after the installation of ballistic missiles by Soviet personnel in Cuba, which caused the start of aggression and reprisals by the different satellite governments resulting in the loss of the southern hemisphere in the hands of the Collective during the period of the Second Red Spring initiated by the Peruvian Revolutionary Government. In 1974 with the beginning of the Chilean military dictatorship, the Treaty of Tlatelolco on the Southern Hemisphere came into force which caused the proliferation of nuclear weapons with exclusive use for defense causing the survival of the satellite nations until today.
