Description
A work in progress.I am currently drawing a piece based on a very well known graphic novel. I did the Batman element (which is not the focus) and decided it was nice enough to post ahead of time as a preview of sorts.
Also I was curious to see if anyone gets the book/scene I am working on, just from this
As a WIP the rain is not final, it's just there to give the idea of ther finished thing.

I'm going to moan about this in the description of the final piece but it's a tribute to the book, as from september it will no longer be canon since Barbara Gordon is Batgirl again

More like 70 years
This is the infamous reboot, everything is either started over from #1, or scrapped from september. The survivors all get redesigned costumes. Barbara is Batgirl, which erases Killing Joke from canon. Bruce is back as the only Batman, Damian Wayne is Robin, Dick is Nightwing, RIP/death never happened.
Superman no longer has red trunks D: Most of the first issue covers are out there, just be prepared, new Harley is the worst of the lot

Why!? RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR! That's freakin ridiculous >_< Stupid DC! RIP/Death/Return never happened!? But that all JUST HAPPENED (well it's not that new but still) What about Gotham City Sirens? They gonna change that or just cancel it?

That sucks! Well that's one less comic I'll be buying (when it ends I mean) I don't like this reboot idea, it sounds absolutely unnecessary to me. I haven't seen the new Harley design but it sounds like what so many people have tried to cosplay as saying "Eh I'm going for that Nolan look!" and then I tell them "The Nolan look is OVERRATED!"
