Why does the picture bring feels? The water and the flowers and the glowing kinda reminds me of Tangled but in a more beautiful and surreal way.

Oh, thank you, I didn't mean to add the glowing bits at first but the background felt a little empty so- it probably seems surreal because it's a dreamscape, albeit a very sad one.
