I knew immediately who it was without looking. Great drawing and coloring job. The only thing I can see that might need improvement is that the tie's bend looks weird. Could just be me, though.

Ive been doing sketched portraits lately and would love to experiment with colors. I did one once with colored charcoal. But overall amazing job.
