Gorgeous! Those flowers are beautiful and I LOVE the arch. And the lady, and the stone floor. <3

Thank you (^-^)
I printed this as a poster-sized image too (50x70 cm) and it still looked nice [the original was A4].

You didn't make a link... Did you mean 's tutorials? Her watercolours are really good!
I don't have masking fluid XD
The best watercolour book I found was actually one about painting flowers with watercolours. So if you want a book, I suggest searching for a flower-painting book instead of a normal one, even if you don't paint flowers.
With watercolours you just have to remember that you should start with the light colours and that your paper shouldn't be too thin (180 gr/m is minimum, 200 gr/m is better, and higher is always better too).

Maybe you can try watercolours with something where it doesn't matter that you colour it in one specific way. Things I'm thinking of are landscapes - maybe you can colour the background with watercolours and a person with pencils? Or maybe you can do the colours of the entire picture with watercolours, but then the shading with pencils (wait till the paint has dried, of course), because shading with watercolours is something you need to get used to (it's easier with pencils).
