Keep in mind: It is a custom build only for you. Cheap means sloppy made and you have to pay twice for building and fixes on every end. I have a such a head at home atm and I have to rebuild it nearly completely.
I live in Germany. Look at Facebook, forums, newsgroups ... FB is the best and easiest way to find a fursuit maker in your country.
For the feet paws I take 150β¬ for my work and another 60β¬ for my technician, which are somewaht about 240$
