[EN]: Sigil I made to remind me that not feeling my feelings (even if its bad) will only lead me to desensitization and therefore depression. The traced line represent my path to where I am, which is right before the fork in the road that is always there (choice/free will). The spikey line/staircase line represent the road with high and lows and bumps. The lozenge with stars/asterisks represents the prize and reward of going through life feeling it, the prize of feeling alive and growth. The straight line to the left represent the road with no bumps, the desensitized path that has no ups and downs that leads to nothing, representing nothingness and depression.
A sigil is a symbol that is used with any spiritual practice in mind, wether it is just to help you focus on an idea, or remind you of a goal you set, or if it is for protection, warding, grounding, etc.

[PT]: Sigilo que fiz pra me lembrar que evitar sentir meus sentimentos (até os ruins) só vai me levar a dessensibilização e, portanto, depressão. A linha tracejada representa meu cmainho até aqui, onde há uma biforcação no caminho que está sempre presente (escolha/livre arbítrio). A linha em zig-zague para a direita representa o caminho com altos e baixos e mudanças de direção. O losango com estrelas/asteriscos representa a recompensa e objetivo de viver sentindo de fato a vida, o prêmio de crescer, mudar e se sentir vivo. A linha reta representa o caminho sem alterações, sem altos e baixos, que portanto leva a nada, que representa exatamente a depressão, o vazio e a dessensibilização.
Um sigilo é um símbolo que é usado com qualquer prática espiritual em mente, seja pra te ajudar a focar em uma ideia, ou te lembrar de um obejtivo que você quer alcançar, ou para proteção espiritual, limpeza, aterramento, etc.
