No one really knows what the song is about, or what is going on in the MMD motion, but once I listened to the full version of it, I imagined a girl who witnessed her family being brutally murdered speaking to the only detective that seems to want to crack the case, which had been cold for years. So I drew this... I guess if I gather enough motivation, I'll write a short story for my idea idk LOL
