i rly hated his original, old ref so i made a new one. also i havent actually drawn aurum in literally forever
comparing the two refs side be side makes me feel a lot better tbqh, his old one was just,, no
(im just gonna copy the desc from the old one tho bc im lazy and he hasnt changed any so)

Aurum is quite the shy and cowardly little guy (and yes he IS little, i should have drawn a size comparison but he's about 2 1/2 feet tall hehe) ( ,,' v ',, ; )
he fears a lot of things, like bugs, heights, and scary weather, and is intimidated by basically any thing that is larger than him
but nothing makes him happier than flowers, food, and some warm sunshine!! and cloud gazing is one of his favorite activities!! he likes company and friends of course but its pretty hard for him to interact and warm up to others, especially if they arent of the same species

his voice is very quiet and is sometimes barely audible, but sadly he has no control over it. he couldn't talk louder even if he tried.
also because his eyes usually will get watery for no reason, many think he's about to cry/crying when he really isn't (though he does cry from being scared a lot), which makes others concerned for him, and in turn makes Aurum nervous with the attention, and then it just gets really awkqard and tense for everyone uwu;;

also fun fact: he likes to play with his bell. sometimes he'll take it off while he's laying down and jingle it around, but he usually drops it right on his face (and ends up cryin) bless u kristen
