But changing between forms is NOT one of her abilities/skills.
She was transformed by her boyfriend, Shine Yellowsoul the Unicorn.
Whom is NOT an almighty wizard that does whatever he wants.
The transformation spell is THE ONE spell he can cast outside of regular basic unicorn spells.
AND the spell is so taxing on him he can only cast it once every two to three days.

Well... the short version is... Shine isn't very good at controlling his magic and apparently unicorn horns are REALLY sensitive.
One day Medicine, the chubby pony in the picture, decided to find out what happens if she would suprise Shine and grab onto his horn.
And since it takes a few days for Shine to ''recharge'', Med got hungry, and she LOOOOOOVES Sitrus Berries. Thus, the picture above was created.
