My! This took so long, gomen! I started this all the way back in July-ish, and finally finished it! The reason for doing this piece was to use many many acrylic paint techniques, and here I've done:

Impasto
wet-into-wet
glazing
transparent technique
dry brush
palette-knife painting
texturing
under drawing
wax resist (A fun one!)

There could have been more like spattering, scraffito, masking. . . But I was too lazy. . . -__-;; So, yes this was actually very fun and something new! (And yes challenging!) For those who don't know what wax resist is, it's simply rubbing candle wax on the page and with a water thinned paint or water colors, you paint over it and it makes a lovely little texture. Used it on the background and clothes. Very fun indeed, there's your art lesson for the day.
