General Information
Zolnixies are the most commonly owned pet in Sylestia. They adapt well to moderate environments and are found in most regions of Sylestia. Zolnixies are diurnal creatures; therefore they only appear in the wild during daytime. When it is raining, snowing, or storming, Zolnixies will seek shelter until the weather clears up.
Behavior
Zolnixies are very loyal and compassionate creatures who thrive in social environments. Because of this, they are commonly sought after as pets. Zolnixies are also very intelligent and curious, which makes them natural explorers. But due to their tricksy tendencies, owners must always keep an eye on their provisions.
Physical Features
Bestowed with an ancient blessing of luck, all Zolnixies carry various runes on their fur. Zolnixies also take pride in their looks and are often regarded as the most kempt species.
Rarely, Zolnixies are seen wearing jeweled talismans around their neck and tails. Although it has never been determined what their purpose is, many suspect these talismans act as a protective aura to the Zolnixi and those around it. Other Zolnixies are able to grow beautiful gossamer wings or three tails. However, these features are more for aesthetic purposes rather than functional ones.

The Zolnixies are one of the six original starting species and are available to new users as a starting pet.

Please don't ever update these... if you do, just make a separate version and call these the old models. I never want to see these go away, they botched the new stuff. Let us always remember the old models of the Sylesti.

They haven't botched the new stuff, they have decided to put detail and personality into their art. And thank sylestia for caring enough to do that too.
I do think it's important to remember, but to insult the new art is inconsiderate and quite frankly rather rude.

I didn't say to not respect the new art, I merely asked to KEEP these versions so they could always be remembered.
Or is it rude to admire the old versions? Or maybe I'm just rude because I prefer them... Perhaps I'm not allowed to have an opinion?
If you don't agree with me that the old art is better, thats fine, you're entitled to have an opinion, but do NOT call me rude because I like the old stuff better.
In fact... considering you're saying this on a post I made to the artist OF the originals, in a mere request to simply NOT GET RID OF the pictures, since to 'update'
means to 'remove the old for current', and you're calling me rude for an opinion... which is like me saying 'Yeah, see, I like Cold Stone's ice cream rather than
'Friendlies' ice cream, because I think it tastes better, is that rude too?
I am an artist thats asking another artist a request having to do with THEIR art, that I hold deep love for...
and you're coming sideways at me, when its not even your art, and wanna call me rude, when you are the one being very rude.
I even said, 'if you get rid of them, and do update, please at least keep these ones in a folder to list as the 'old versions''.
That was meant as saying one could pay homage to the old, while allowing for the new to be out.
Not everyone is going to like the new ones, even if we accept them.
As far as to the artist... I do apologize for going off on the person above... I mean no disrespect to you,
I just can't stand people that try and call someone rude for having a mere opinion on something... Might as well just say everyone has to think the same...

Okay. you really botched your life... not insulting, right?
Well, I completely agree that they should keep these forever because it is like a memory walk I believe that you shouldn't insult the new art because you have your own opinion. I am okay and completely accept people who like the old art, but saying that they botched the new stuff, after they put so much effort into it, is in fact completely rude. So, because you can't interpret my original post let me put this clearer.
I accept people not based on their opinions. I think how you worded your response with 'botching' the art is, though, completely rude. I don't oppose anything else you said though.
(p.s. If you post a response, please only say the same thing at a maximum of 2 times instead of a whole paragraph, although I do support conclusion paragraphs.)

Okay first off... I have a right to say however much I need to in order to make my point. Unless its the person who is the owner of this page, you don't really have a right to tell me how much to type.
Two, you can't give an opinion on if I botched MY LIFE or not when you don't know me. My life if not a picture someone drew for the world to view, and therefore is not a public matter where strangers that don't know me, can simply use it as a means to insult me simply because they disagree with my perspective of a PICTURE.
Three, people have a right to an opinion on what they view a picture as, or a an art design. Not everyone will have the same perspective, idea, or feel the same way off it. I could give many examples of things I feel having to do with art related besides just this, that I dislike the new style. Weather anime or manga that I felt took a shift for the worse in the art style. And no matter if people agree or disagree with me, its still a personal perspective.
So weather you deem me rude or otherwise, you going out of your way to comment on a comment I made LAST YEAR, that you felt you had to go out of your way, to personally comment how 'they haven't botched anything', when again... weather you feel it was rude or not, it was also still an opinion.
If I feel the older stuff looked better, and by 'botched' meaning to ME, the new stuff was not an improvement, and for ME, ruined the design, enough that I can't even really bring myself to mess with that race anymore, because no matter what I do with breeding, nothing looks right anymore, I PERSONALLY feel it got botched. Its not the only one I feel about that way either. One of the others, I actually paid for something, and it made the design structure of the whole genetic makeup ruined.
I didn't ask for my money back... I didn't rage on the forms... I didn't do anything... but it don't feel when freedom of opinion, and speech should become such a massive issue where someone feels they need to attack another person because they have one. No... you trying to use my life as a means of an insult... thats rude. You attacking me for a personal opinion on another artist... thats rude. YOU... are rude. Now... this discussion is over. If you continue this I'll consider it as harassment and will report you.
