I used sumopaint. ItΒ΄s one of many programs bamboo dock has (My tablet is a bamboo).

I have photoshop elements editor. I think it's the newest version, but it's not regular photoshop, so I'm not sure...
I like pse, it's a good program, I'd recommend it.
