Description
This is my MegaMan O.C., Xi.Origin: Xi - (Short for the name "Xiao") - hails from a family that has a long line of members that were a part of the Honor Guard for their country's many leaders. Nowadays, in the MegaMan-style world we know, the special armor they have been wearing for centuries has been upgraded to the special armor that grants Xiao his ability to convert his body into pure electrical/heat energy, and his Xyz-Buster (I couldn't use X-Buster since that patent has already been taken) allows him to fire charged shots of super-compressed plasma energy.

Full Name: Xiao Li-Wang
While creating "Xi", I decided - on impulse - to give him a unique name that would fit his actual name, but at the same time maintain a sense of having a really cool name. That's how I came up with Xiao.
Reference: "Xi" is a letter in the Greek Alphabet. (I'm not entirely sure of what it stands for.)
