Lugia/Regirock/Milotic
When DNA became aggressive, This pokemon suddenly appeared, creating an escape route for the both of them. This one was detained before it could escape- No known infomation on Origin or Motive known.

Test Subject 3: LIBERATOR (MISSING)
Lugia/Hydreigon at a guess.
Sightings of DNA have been reported with a supposedly Lugia/Hydreigon. If found, capture on sight.

Dean is an Analyzer, and samples sent to them from Seekers are machine processed and sealed away for safe keeping. Any sightings are to be studied and recorded for Seekers.
