Is that lace texture? Actually I've no idea how to use texture in SAI so every time I just resort to Photoshop.
I like your way of drawing ribbons and the shape of sunflower is pretty beautiful!~
PS:www I love female Russia~

I'm very glad this tutorial really could be useful. ;v;
Background...you mean the layer of bg color(only airbrush) and lace texture?

Actually use Photoshop is easy to create lace pattern, whether border or doily.
But I think SAI also can somewhat do it. The basic seems like make some images and copy, paste, turn and put them. If by SAI I think it need to make some guide lines at another layer (for putting images which had turned).
tutorial only for lace texture?...If I successed I'll open how to do it!>__<;(because I'm lazy so it used free textures...)

You're welcome!
I usually only use airbrush to draw shadows, sometimes use brush (when I want to mix two colours).
In fact I just used SAI for 5 months and didn't drew many pictures...>__<; So a lot of tools I haven't used yet.(T∀T)
