Jill hadn't seen her best friend Tiff in 10 long years, she would have no idea the Tiff is the She-Hulk. I think she acted appropriately for someone who is angry at her friend for going MIA for so long.

Well, as I said, she had no idea Tiff is the SSH. She's letting her best friend have it for not calling her/contacting her for 10 years.
