Will try to stay respectful.
1. humans are omnivores, even if you don't like it.
1.1. Humans has teeth to rip (canines) and teeth to chew. Mind you - humans don't use their teeth to kill prey, they have spears for that or bare hands.
1.2. Humans have middle-sized intestines - it's some where in between 20m cow's intestines and 4-6 m of a dog.
1.3. Nails - as i've said earlier we don't use our nails to rip our prey apart cos' we have tools thus we don't need big scary claws. However, human nails can be very sharp if handled correctly.
1.4. Only predators who attack from an ambush have camouflage. For example, African wild dogs have very jolly colouring: [link] Besides, humans can hunt when other predators cannot: at noon. This is why we are naked sweaty bipedal apes))
1.5. Predators actually can see colours, humans are just better at telling them apart. Also snakes would like to have a word with you.
1.6. Actually it depends on how much of a fat you consume, what type of fat is it and etc. The biggest irony is that you need cholesterol so that your brain would function properly. Besides, if you will overfeed your dog with fatty food it may also get problems with health.
If you want to be vegetarian - please, but remember that not all people can be vegetarians due to health problems and climate.

I respect your decision, and the spreading of knowledge. There are plenty of good reasons to go vegetarian, and healthy ways to do it. But a lot of your facts here are wrong.

Your guide is awesome, I've been veg for nearly 4 years now, mostly because I don't actually like the taste of meat, but also because of animal cruelty. Some people at school think I'm weird because of it, and ask loads of questions, which I don't mind answering. However, I do get rather annoyed when people ask me what I eat, to which I reply, anything without meat. Thats not the part that annoys me but rather, when they ask specifically what I eat for dinner and one or two example's are not enough for them, and they demand to know more meals, and I end up listing a month's worth of dinner recipies. Next time someone asks me, I'll just link them to this

I heard women can distinguish colours better than men because we were made to pick up fruit -.-
Anyway, great tutorial, I was a vegetarian once because I felt sorry for the animals.. lasted a week.. I'll try it when I'm older and my mum doesn't make me eat meat to devolop my body (I think that's how you call it) XD

Vegan is no animal products at all - which includes meat, eggs, milk, etc.
Vegetarian is just no meat.
Peta stated this also in one of my e-mail I got from them.

That is true.
The issue is that 'meat' has different meanings for different people. A lot of my vegetarian friends still eat seafood without a problem, or poultry products. For me, I try to think of it as including anything with a 'face', but I also don't eat mollusk-types such as clams.

That's good. But being a vegetarian means just no meat - if you're a vegan that means nothing that's animal.
And it good you don't eat clams - because that's just gross. Lol.

I'm a new veggie and convinced my mom to try veg cooking for a week. *crosses fingers* Your guide was really good, especially breaking some of the sterotypes.

i'm becoming a vegetarian for a month for my school newspaper to inform people that it isn't really that hard and that it is better for you than snarfing down meat all the time.

Hey! I fit in the animals-rights/no global warming/ending world hunger category. I am crazy about vegetables, but can't stand salads. Or dressing. Heh heh.
Great work. This would definitely enlighten some people, and is WAY more subtle than some of my works, which basically scream 'go vegetarian!' in your face.

Thanks a bunch for taking care of the animals! I have been vegan for like four months and I no longer feel guilty about what I eat. Not to mention how incredibly healthy I feel. Did you know that if everyone in the world became vegetarian, we could solve world hunger? Man, the solution is so incredibly simple. Humanitarians are screaming 'MONEY MONEY MONEY' and running around in circles while us vegetarians are sitting back shaking our heads and saying, "Wow, how stupid are these people?">< . Well. Of course their biggest argument is the problem that it would cause if everyone suddenly became vegetarian--how off-balance and messed up everything would be. However, it's never going to happen all at once like that, but vegetarianism is certainly gaining momentum and daily more people are chosing a more compassionate lifestyle. There's hope right there. Your stats are breath-taking, and I'm really starting to wonder how people can be so blind to the suffering around them. It's just something that comes along with vegetarianism I guess- confusion about a world of cruelty. I'm glad things like this are making a difference though!
