Disappointed to see his son leave to join a more primitive group of youth, this slinky, wise, ginger-bearded man once had a PhD. at a local facility meant to design newer weapons for Mann Co. After the downfall years later, he journeyed out throughout the world to track down his last surviving blood. Doc. His only son and living relative. His efforts to get Doc back to salvage the historical technologies are an effort, indeed. Since Doc works with time travelers, spies, and government, it becomes increasingly harder to find him.

Salvaging one of the old tracking rifles from the abandoned facility and using the blood of the family, the rifle is the only hope to pinpoint his last remaining family to help him to restore the facility.
