Ok heres the finished piece with a background. I was worried id ruin the whole thing as i hate colouring backgrounds....Deathnote/Alice in Wonderland.
I just figured it would be funny if L had a mad hatters tea party and this is how it would look.
L-Mad Hatter
Light- Red Queen/Queen of hearts/King of apples - u decide!
Misa-Alice aka Malice
Ryuk-Cheshire cat
Near + Mello - tweedle dee + tweedle dum
Watari- white rabbit aka Wabiti
Soichiro Yagami- himself
about Light being red queen- i really didnt want to draw him in a dress lol even though ( according to my mum?) he deserves it..! so I drew him as 'the king of apples' instead. Does it work?
Near and Mello - i didnt really know what else to draw them as...
And Soichiro is the only 'normal' character whos been dragged to this warped party and is sitting opposite his son, trying not to look at him, as he is clearly Kira in this!
I wanted to bring out the worst/quirkiest sides of all the characters...
I was gonna redo this properly but i dont know if i can be bothered now...
hope u find it funny...
forgot to say- L's hair spells out the word mad in the highlights

Lights dad is himself, I need to paste the info from my other picture to this one,i was just too lazy. Will go and do that - it will explain everything !
Yeah i know her skirt is waaayy too short, Im surprised youre the first person to notice! Was one of the mistakes i made, i kind of sketched the dress/skirt thing first then decided she would be sitting and well... it ended up too short....
I figured since it was Misa it didnt matter too much lol.
and this was supposed to be a rough version too....
