I really wanted to make a 'tar adopt with lots of wings just for kicks in my comm break. So like!! here's this feller!! (possibly reserved bid?)
here's a flat version without the body wings -

usually seen at the late end and the early beggining of the day, said that their markings reflect each yesterday's sky.

notable traits: wings; shifting markings; extra eyes; dragon type.
