Description
The character design is based off of Morrigan/Lilith from Darkstalkers. The color scheme is original and I changed the opening on her bosom to be more original. Lilith's opening is a diamond and Morrigan is a heart, so I chose a spade. The scanner did something weird by adding shadows, but I can't complain because the scanner isn't mine.I liked the idea of her shadow being a swarm of bats and a close-up of her face being in the swarm. It's the first time I tried a composition like this.

I first started out simple. I wouldn't worry about drawing details in the chin or the mouth, I would just get the general shape with the nose. It takes some getting used to, I still have problems with it sometimes.
