How did you make it
(I mean where did you originally get the texture)

It has several origins, because it's a few photos combined in Photoshop. The white structure that seems to lie on top is the negative version of some rusty metal scape and below is just a photo of a rusty trash container. The whole texture kinda mimicks itself, aside from one light rusty element in the bottom right corner which breaks up the symmetry.
