The first page, woo! As you see, it's not at all like the prologue. Merry is reading his books. He loves books. And drawing the bookshelves in the background almost killed me! Thank God I can use copy-paste. Also, I think the perspective in the last panel is kind of messed up but whatever. I like it. I made details on the page, people!Read the blabbering about Gold star and King of Gold. It'll help you understand some things that happen later.
Random fact: the text in the book is different from what it reads in the text bubbles because originally the texts were different. I changed them so that there would be a mention of some things that will appear later >:3

I used to update on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday and I'm trying to get back to that but right now it's irregular because I'm too tired to draw ._.

but based on your perspective [I like make up scenes] what would happen if say, a large spaceship full of humans landed on the planet, in your opinion, what would happen?

Well most of them would just want to blow the whole thing up and the ugly hairless critters would go the same way, but if they were too slow... Well, humans would do what humans do when they find a new place and think they're smarter than the natives ._.
It would be an interesting battle, though, since humans would have firearms and wolfrids (these talking doggies with kind-of-hands) have magic... Yes, very interesting.

oh I don't know, we shouldn't base everything off of Avatar, perhaps there would be alot of tension and perhaps skirmishes but I think they could work things out. after all the natives are canines, and canines and humans are known to be the best-est of friends, thou that doesn't mean there won't be complication, after all friends fight, it's normal.
plus, both sides would find great benefits in the other, humans and their technology, canines and their magic.
[sigh] something I really wish I could read about. ^_^

And something I'll never make a comic about 8') too comlicated to draw stuff like that. Writing on the other hand... Well, someone else can do it x') At least if we're aiming at peaceful co-existence. I would make it a sad ending O_o

I tend to do that O_o I like happy endings otherwise but writing them isn't artistically staisfying 8') I have a ton of stories where characters lose something or someone important in the end or the big final fight end in a very tragic way. I have no idea what made me like this x')
Probably my ending to this humans vs canines -story would be something like a really big and violent war that only ends with nobody being happy with the result ._.

actually I think the word for that would be realistic.
there are no true happy endings, because nothing ever truly ends.
there is always sadness, like characters die, heck even the main character dies sometimes, but there is always some sort of happy ending, thou there's always gonna be problems afterward and onward. like I said, Realistic, which is why I watch anime and read manga, and mature anything else. lol
I mean just look at Romeo and Juliet, both main characters die, but there families are finally at peace because of it.

yes, but it is that more satisfying, because it's more real.
best way to get around that is to think they are in a better place, and their sacrifice will never be forgotten. ^_^

Yeah x) lots of things would be difficult without it O_o the only problem is how to draw the thumb when they walk and stand like normal dogs.

i always wonder. some people get testy when asked.
"oh look a horse comic, the horses live like people, with clothing and castles and furniature."
saying "it's fantasy" won't cut it. "My little Pony" is lighthearted and silly, but if someone tries to win a large audience with a comic where paw'ed characters are fighting for the fate of the universe, dressed in armor and wielding swords. You have to ask. I can -almost- see the owls being able to do what they do.
what makes things worse is when people will give a dolphin a sword.
"it's fantasy I can do what ever I want! such-and-such dosen't make sense and it's popular"
but if a plot is serious, you would think explanations would help?

Well, these guys have a thumb and for a moment I thought about making them anthros but oh well. I didn't know exactly what to do with their culture and anatomy but I'm happy enough with this. People will think what they think.

Anyway:
Sins nobody else have seams to notice this comic i guess i have to be the first person to say... "IT LOOKS FRIKING AMASSING..."
I cant really think out anything you could have done beater and 14 views are WAY to love for how much work you have put into it.
Also (not that i have looked true your page much.) but i am wondering if you are a professorial comic artist. "It would explain a LOOT!"
Anyway last of... i have not redden or seen the prologue or seen the front page... so you wont hear any comment from me on some of it does not adding up.
OK... (This comment turned out to be way to long.) I am looking forward to see how this comic turns out and keep up the AMASSING work ^^

Wow, thanks! 8D this is a fairly new comic so I guess nobody has noticed yet. But they will! I'm no professional, I've just drawn for a long time. But that's probably the best compliment an artist can get 8)

ya... that is one of the problems with comics is to make space to everything and i think you did it quite well. ^^
