Contest entry for Autumn Shades Contest [link]

I stole time for that for so long a period I can't honestly say how much hours I sat on it. Pencils, ink, fineliner, Aiptek graphic tablet (almost drove me mad), dozens of colourings, layers...
I wanted to get as realistic as possible while staying true to my style of drawing.

The story is in the picture... but to say more... there will be a total four pieces for the four seasons, three more to come.

[Edit: The first upload had a very strange chromatic quirk. So much for laptop monitors... Corrected now.]
