by purchasing a design created by me, you automatically are subject to the following conditions and are required to follow them.

anyone who breaks these rules knowingly and unrepentantly will likely be blacklisted (unless i decide otherwise) and are not permitted to be sold / traded / gifted any of my designs. this is a last resort. i will only do it to people who knowingly and repeatedly violate my design TOS rules.

when sending payment for a design that you are purchasing from me, you must include this message in your payment description:
"I, [your deviantart username here] from deviantart, have read and agreed to meremolf's design terms of service and I understand that repeated violation of her terms of service could result in blacklisting."
