Overall this is a beautiful bab and you definitely have a nice color combo goin! I do like how you didn't use too many colors on her and kept it to about 3-4 but mainly under 1 family. The anatomy is pretty dang nice, she has a very nice outline, and everything fits together really well!

As far as I can say in terms of what could maybe use some work includes setting up a better sense of depth, horn placement, and pond stuffs. For dense of depth what I mean is it is sort of hard to tell where 1 fae bell wing starts and the other behind one starts. The opacity does help a little with it, but its hard to tell if that 2nd sort of.... pointed bit is just an extension of the forewings or the back wings of the bell. To help prevent this perhaps use a small clipping layer with a darker color to try and set that difference apart a little bit. Other than that, maybe some darker shading on the back parts of the scarf near her back leg. Although the lines do help differentiate it, some shading there would also help bring this drawing into a new depth as things wrap and move around the various "planes".

As far as horn placement goes, her horn does seem rather tilted forward and a little misplaced to me. An easy fix for this is to ensure its where you'd like it to be before adding hair and all that fancy jazz around it. Just a small movement forward and pointed a little more up would probably fix that odd looking angle of the horn.

And last but not least, pond stuff! This too could make use of depth to bring forward the various pond moss and show how it isnt just on one side and more all around her upper bottom. Also, don't be afraid to add deeper colors to represent depth. That water is definitely a gorgeous color, and if you'd like to add some depth, you could use a more saturated color in an attempt to create a deeper look to her back pond. Also, don't be afraid to use more misty stuff coming from the falls. A real like waterfall is very all over the place with that stuff, but for simplicity's sake its a nice representation ^_^

Overall, this is a nice character design and some small tweaks should take your style to a whole new level!
