~Background Information~
This lovely and elegant mare is the Queen of Frost in her region. She can keep a large portion of her kingdom cold or frozen at her will.
She is calm, cool, and collected, and loves ballet dancing, graceful as a snowflake landing, seeing her dance will leave you in awe.
When she is not dancing she is ruling over her small kingdom. Her study and office is always neat and well-organised on her good days. On her bad days, papers, books, folders are laying everywhere and some may be frozen in place.
