Believe it on not, this is a character I made when I was 12. Jolty was created when I was going through my Pokemon/Digimon phase to be my answer to Pikachu. She is essentially a 6 legged electric cat, because why not.It's been a long time since I draw celshading, but I love how much it makes her Pop!
