Mindful: Prue is hardly impulsive, and this allows her to make carefully thought-out decisions and is generally seen as a responsible person. Organization puts her at ease, though she isn't a stickler for tidiness- as long as she knows where things are, it's fine.
Creative: As someone who has had to work with very little her whole life, Prue is hard to discourage and her craftiness can sometimes lead to innovation.
Helpful: While prone to giving off poor first impressions, she genuinely enjoys helping people and proving herself as capable. Though she may sometimes hound people for uncomfortable details, it's at least good-intentioned- to gather all the information she needs to solve their problem.

History:

Timid, sensitive, and covered in dirt, child Prue was an easy-to-spot target for bullies. To ward them off, she learned to master the art of the pokerface, and she's been sporting it ever since.

Raised in a small family of 4 who ran a dinky little herb nursery, from the beginning Prue loved every nook and cranny of the place, and it became her place to escape and relax. However, her younger brother was also invested in the nursery, and as they grew older this grew into conflict over who would take over the prized family business- it was far too small for both of them to make a living off of it. The constant arguments threatened to break apart the family, but they were unexpectedly quelled by her brother marrying into a wealthy Dia family.

Set for a life of luxury, his leave secured the herb nursery for Prue, but it wasn't as happy an ending as she had hoped. Seeing her brother live in excess made her once-treasured nursery just seem like a shack of rotting wood and stemmy plants in chipped pots (which it sort of was). Immensely underwhelmed, Prue ran the business anyway, carefully implementing rennovations and becoming a better herbologist. Now that it's been several years, Prue's been able to move into her own place, though she spends most of her time studying at Maerin Library or working.

Magical Ability: Growth magic for her plants would be pretty cool and reading up on railir is interesting enough, but Prue doesn't really see herself seeking this out.

Personal View: "Can a world which supports so much life really end that easily? Dunno, sounds like someone's trying to sell something or swing an election. As long as there's still water and dirt in the end, we're fine."
