Well, it looks way better than the first sketch I saw, that's for sure!
The shadings in the clothes look very nice and the dark red is a well chosen color.
I don't think I can get a lot out of it, because I have no clue who Miss amane is so I can't guess about the scenery in the background.

lol thanks, yeah the first sketch was really rough, but it looks better
misa-the girl is in love with the boy in the background(light yagami) and he hates her, he finds her very annoying and so he's shooting the balloons behind her while she is blissfully oblivious
