My old tiger paws were getting a bit worn out and dirty from the parties I've taken them too. So I made muhself some neww ones, this time with claws. The material doesn't go all the way up the arm this time, but I think these fit me better. I will just have to use a long sleeve shirt with them till I get the material to build a suit for him.Related content

What material do you use for the paw pads?
I've got the paws and im having difficulty in deciding what material is best to use. Latex moulds etc

for the paw pads you can use lots of different stuff. some people mold them from latex or rubber. a few like to cast em in plastic. But I like to use a fabric material. For example: colored suede leather. just sew then on prior to sewing the paws together. they are really soft to the touch, and they don't restrict movement or get in the way when trying to pick things up or use your hands.

how did you make your gloves? It's still a bit of a mystery to me how to make them

you can either make a pattern of buy them to use. but it's fairly simple. just trace your pattern onto the material (make sure the fur flows the right direction) and pin another peice of material to it, (furs should face eachother) the sew along the pattern, cut around the seem and turn them inside out.
basically that is how it's done. but with a bit more tediousness and such...but that's about it.

Ok, thanks, thats the way I've done it twice, I find it a bit hard making shor theres enough room for each finger
