The lighting is stunning. Could you tell me how you got the lighting effect of the sunbeams coming through the back window?

Thanks very much. I've made the volumetric lighting by adding a gradient opacity map to an extruded object the same shape as the window, scaled up at one end. It renders quite quickly and looks good from pretty much any angle

Many thanks. I am reading up on lighting techniques at the moment. Not sure I will be able to do that in DAZ. Your creations have the "warmth" that I am looking for in my interior work but it is eluding me thus far. Only an amateur - I cannot bring myself to describe myself as an artist!

It might be obvious but make sure you're not using white lights, if you want a warm feel to your renders. I've used a light blue UberEnvironment fill light and light orange/yellow lights for the candles

Sorry for delay in replying. I have been experimenting with different colours but I would not have have thought of using blue for fill. I will have a go at some candles too. Thanks! I have downloaded the Dreamlight tutorials which I hope will help me as well. Incidentally I bought a couple of your products on Daz a few weeks back - the tea room and japanese garden. They are really nice!

Best wishes

I'll have to save up some money, I see!

I love how much detail you put into your work, and the books and papers get me excited already. Will we get these items as single props again, or is it one big church model? Either way, I'm so looking forward to it!

Thanks, as always the items are single, individually loadable props. Over 30 of them in fact, not including building sections Release date is next week

I love you for doing that - it must be a lot of extra work to add the single props to the product but this customer here is very grateful for it!

Next week, you say? I'll have to keep an eye on the store then!

It seems silly spending ages modelling them and then not setting them up as separate props. I'm glad someone approves!

Oh, and...
