oh my goodness, awesomeness. How on earth did you get the horns to stay up and not flop over? O.o My hats with horns never work right, they just flop about, which is sad cause I tried really hard on my reindeer hat. :<

The picture on the right side.. Are the horns intentionally looking backwards? Or is it just because the ear is blocking the other side? I can't tell! And.. LOL at the human head on an owl/falcon looking body!
