Description
Gabriella was Ariel's friend in the Little mermaid TV seriesshe comunicated through sign language for she was deaf
This Character was based on a fan who wrote to
Disney. But before they replied, she died.
I did this in MS Paint

EDIT: By the way she is supposed to be HISPANIC. NOT BLACK. I got confused too.
