This was from a picture I took of one of the party guests from The Little Mermaid II: Return to the Sea.This one was one of party guests at Melody's party. We don't anything about him. He could be a noble or a commoner. However he is drawn well.I was to give him a name it would maybe Bailey. A son of the castle Liberian. Maybe a future friend of Melody. Cheerful and a lover of art.
