Flying: Wings are based off an osprey. Lived in the city so his flying is based off jumping, running, short distances and using the environment to help him get places - doesn't mean that he can't or won't try to fly longer distances.
Some Background: Lived in alternate-reality during 1880s Brooklyn/NYC which violently suffered from inter species (humans and non humans) conflict. Lived and worked by the rules of gangs/politicians/religious leaders/who had the most power in his area until he was recruited for a rag-tag team of law enforcers created to deal with and keep non human crimes at bay without human involvement. Before that, he sort of loafed around picking up jobs where ever he could and wrestling in underground tournaments. He has a strong dislike of shapeshifters
