nope. Tarry town isn't even included. this is more like a stretched out, kinda inaccurate map of just sleepy hollow. If you're going for accuracy, just google maps tarry town/sleepy hollow, trying finding maps of westchester and/or period maps if you want to map an old map

Thanks I'm just supposed to base the map on the actual story of The Legend of Sleepy Hollow by Washington Irving. Hopefully I can get this right. xD haha.

Here's a much more accurate story map for Tarrytown/Sleepy Hollow, though it still uses a covered bridge. The place where Ichabod met the Horseman is the border between the two villages:
