I've been working hard trying to improve my colouring from the advice you gave me last time we talked. I think I've made some progress, but I still haven't quite figured it out. I really appreciate your skills all the more facing the challenges of shadow and colour balance up close and personal.

I'm having trouble getting back into coloring again myself. I've completely lost the feel for it. Once you get the hang of things it gets a lot easier, just push yourself through that initial learning curve.

I'm pushing, and I think I'm discovering little methods that might work for me... but it also feels that I'm having issue translating what I learn from one piece to another. I hope my colouring simmers down and start congealing into something reliable! haha

Would you be willing to do a (practice) piece for me? I'd love to commission you or do an art trade, or anything for you really.

Aw, was worth a shot, at any rate. I've been drooling after art from you for years, waiting longer won't kill me. I hope you keep posting your practise works, in the interim!
