Bigger strokes on the water definitely helped it come out more like calm waters :'D yay! Good job on the background! The light source however confuses me a bit, especially on the characters. Maybe if you double check your values (create new layer & paint it black, put it in color mode and you will see what pops out the most in black and white) will help n__n
