Thank you.
I'm trying to do it on the computer. I haven't worked on it for over a week... better make it a point to find more time to do it.
And...
Have you seen this?

It's an animation project I did in 8th grade for my Language Arts Class, based on "The Tell-Tale Heart" by Edgar Allen Poe. Old, yes, but finishing it was a big boost to my confidence. It was from back when my drawing style was more animu-looking, and even though my animu art stage embarrases me now, I grew a lot during that time. (and yesh, I did the voiceover for the main character.)

It took me about a week... I had a deadline to meet and motivation to meet it. I notice that I work more rigorously when I have a deadline. My current project is going much, much more slowly.
It's not TOO hard when you have editing software. I use Pinnacle Studio Ultimate. Not the best or most advanced, but it's a big step up from Windows Moviemaker. A project like this is half animation and half editing. And now that I know more than I used to, combined with creative thinking, I can do more, maneuvering around my limits.

I think I work a lot better with deadlines too! A week is a pretty long time, especially to fit something that long and complicated into! D:
That's really good! It's annoying when you have the skills but not the software to perform with. Though in my case, having Photoshop would not be an improvement it would be a step back. I am so bad with photoshop oAo lol

Oh yes... I could have ended up a very good digital artist, but I found my passion in traditional. My skills in digital kind of atrophied from lack of use... I'm still trying to rebuild them. I'm getting better, though.
Hey... You ever heard of Oishi High School Battle?

I haven't heard of that no. What's it about? I have an image of Ouran characters battling it out like crazy, but I think that's probably wrong. lol

It's kind of a parody of all dem animu tropes... It follows the story of Oishi Kawaii, an anime girl with interstellar space demon slaying abilities who moves into a town on planet earth because her dad lost his demonslaying job. It's a lot of fun. There are things that I like and things that I dislike about it. The show is hosted on Youtube, created by the comedy-video-youtube-whatever group 'SMOSH'. It's very risque, I have to warn you.
Lots of things just have to be taken with a grain of salt.

Sometimes I have a problem with taking things too seriously...
It ruins my enjoyment of a lot of wonderful things.

I only have a few memories of the youthful youtube. I remember secretly watching the really, really old 1st generation traditionally animated My Little Pony TV Show down in the office in my basement, too afraid of ridicule from my siblings. I think I was like, 8 or 9 years old. I remember when the description was to the right of the video, not underneath it... It seems like youtube's gotten more inconvenient than convenient...
