Description The model didn't show up to my drawing class that day, so our teacher paired people up and sat them in front of each other and away we drew! Each one took around 25-30 minutes I think. The one in the top left corner was done in graphite and the rest in pencil crayon.
This was actually so much fun! I felt that it was more difficult than drawing a nude model because you had to stare at each other and agree on times to both look up in order to draw each others eyes. Sitting still was pretty difficult too, we were all super sore by the end of the session.

I disagree on that it was harder than drawing the model (I find the difficultly level swaying a little more in favor of the model), but I agree with everything else you said. It was a lot of fun, I hope we get to do it again at one point, and I was pretty sore at the end of that too ^-^

We actually started with thirty minutes and she then made it twenty, then fifteen. Great use of pencil crayons, and the top left picture looks like a lot like Jake.

jake and i kept bursting out laughing at first! initiated by me, of course : P
i think the main reason it was difficult was because i'd gotten used to the model by then, and i found that having to look straight into other people's eyes while keeping a straight face to be an immense difficulty

thanks though i'm glad at least one of them turned out like the actual person!

lol, I'm pretty sure that the rest would turn out, they just need a little more time (pencil crayons are a slow medium). I had the same problem with Ellen, lol.
