I recently saw Captain America: The Winter Soldier, and I loved it so much I asked a friend if I could borrow her Captain America: Winter Soldier comic book collection.

I loved the idea of Red Room and it occurred to me with all the experimenting and brain washing that the Red Room did, they were bound to have some DNA of the Black Widow and the Winter Soldier at their facilities. So, I starting imagining the Red Room using these DNA samples to clone the Natasha and Bucky, but with accelerated aging to speed up the process. After several years of training and experimenting of accelerated aging, healing, and learning, Red Room chose one Natasha clone and one Bucky clone to go out and retrieve the Black Widow and the Winter Soldier.
