This was used in my final exhibition projected on a wall in a pitch black room with quilts on the floor. The movies made up completely of photos - it took a long time to edit.Related content

the body has to release energy to tire out before resting. i myself gone through these episodes - as a male i would punch and kick - two things i have found to pass this without drugs - sexual release or working out - please follow those recommendations.

This film personally reminds me of a lot of the pain I've felt in life...
Namely, specifically, the many sleepless nights worrying and hurting. Just wondering and hoping and never quite knowing.
I like the film, despite the ill feeling it brings.

This captures exactly how one feels in said situation. The Avant Garde element gives it that dismal night time alone feeling, when you know there is life going on but dammit you need to sleep cause you have work tomorrow. Well done. Very well done.
